We are seeking an experienced I&O Compute Analyst for our client to maintain and improve compute infrastructure across Manufacturing, R&D, and HQ in Cork. The role involves hands-on technical work, vendor management, security/compliance oversight, and project support for a secure, reliable IT environment serving 1,000+ users.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure, reliable compute environment.
• Manage patching, recovery testing, and IT compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and resolve technical issues.
• Support infrastructure projects and collaborate across IT, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams..

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Compute / IT Operations
• Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, Cisco, Azure/Cloud; SEP, BigFix, SAN storage, Rubrik backups, Citrix, compliance tools
• Certification: Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure(desirable)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, excellent communication, stakeholder management, security-first mindset, ability to balance hands-on work with vendor/project oversight
